Change?
Opportunities?
The Future?

  • New understanding of the change process now going on in markets and organizations and how to use the forces of change to advantage,
  • Tools and techniques to create innovations, including strategies, processes, products and services.

Leadership 2000 delivers a key difference by providing a creative methodology and computer technology that support change, collaboration, and innovation from within the organization. The organization adopts the new answers and gets results FAST. It accelerates an integrated process of positive change. Our work is based on over 40 years of research in creativity, innovation and organizational transformation by founders George Land and Beth Jarman.

A Unique Foundation for
Understanding and Managing Change
Transforming change into competitive advantage

"Grow or Die, the Unifying Principle of Transformation" by Leadership 2000 Co-Founder, Dr, George Land has been published by Random House, Dell, John Wiley & Sons, and The Creative Education Foundation and was nominated by Random House for both the Pulitzer and National Book awards. It inaugurated the science of organizational life cycle phase changes in 1973.

Following over 20 years of work with diverse corporations and a number of governments, Breakpoint and Beyond, by Land and Jarman, published by HarperCollins, Perennial Books, and Leadership Press, probes more deeply the questions of how organizations can overcome the great challenges of rapid, unpredictable, turbulent change that characterize our time.

To provide real-time change leadership support, in 1980 Dr. Land invented the first computer-assisted group collaboration technology in use for collaborative situation analysis, strategy development, innovation, risk analysis and decision support and is employed by hundreds of organizations worldwide.

If your organization is like many, you may have been looking outside to consultants, new processes, acquisitions or products for answers to the challenges that you face every day. But only partial answers are out there. The real and sustainable answers are within your organization. The key is in finding them.

What we've learned in over two decades of working with a wide variety of organizations, from business to governments, is that the best ideas-the ones that can help you win sustaining competitive advantage-lie within the tremendous knowledge, imagination, and experience of your own people. That knowledge and experience mined and refined by our unique process and technology turn visionary ideas into successful, working realities. Leadership 2000 works with enterprises that seek to transform by empowering their people to become more collaborative and innovative-while embracing unified organizational strategies.

Planning ahead? Getting the most out of your resources? By proactively developing and implementing the right innovations and strategies, we can help you avoid putting out fires or initiating change just for the sake of change. And help you focus on what's fundamental to you ultimate goal - meeting customer's real emerging needs and achieving long-term growth and profitability.

Associate Partners

The group started in 1987 because individuals had a common belief in the vision and values of Leadership 2000, its unique research on change, and in its creative change and innovation processes. They wanted to share a unified methodology and technology to serve their clients and (not incidentally) be able to work, learn and play together. Farsight Group Members are a very special collection of people. They are unusual because:

  • They share a vision of helping organizations become places where people experience fulfilling work, liberated and aligned. Liberated, because they can express their latent capacity for creativity and work together in harmony, and aligned in the sense that they are committed to the organization's purpose and strategies and understand how they can contribute to its success and find personal growth in the process.
  • They share a profound and unified body of knowledge related to human and organizational change, renewal, and creativity.
  • Their practice involves a common methodology and technology that has been proven over two decades in hundreds of organizations, worldwide; assuring a high standard of excellence and the ability to team easily and effectively on projects.
  • Members are very experienced professionals with an average of over 20 years experience.
  • They are extraordinarily talented individuals with a profound commitment to service.

FarSight Group members work both individually and collaborate in teams on projects. They call on a tremendously broad range of experience in business, education and government. Domestic and International business projects among members are common. Because of particular expertise of a specific country, region or industry, members join together to offer unique insights and expertise. Members have also collaborated on many public projects that include municipal, state, US and foreign governments.

The members semi-annual Gatherings allow members to contribute research, learnings and new methodologies, examine change trends going on around the world and share the latest information on human and organizational development and emerging technologies.
