Robert Elmore

Bob Elmore is a professional facilitator, coach and consultant helping transform organizations and the people they represent to meet the challenges oif the 21st century. Bob led many growth-oriented projects as a partner with a large international consulting organization in the 70's and 80's and built a global consulting business specializing in service to small and medium sized businesses in the early 90's. He formed a new consulting organization in 1996 and is currently serving a number of organizations including a Technology start up in Colorado, a large Medical Services business based in Toronto and a global Human Resources Firm with fees in excess of $1 Billion.

Clients often spend a few days working with Bob at his facility in Colorado resolving critical organizational issues and clarifying their strategic and tactical thinking. Bob then works with client teams using virtual communication tools and onsite visits to assist with development and clarification of strategic initiatives and to facilitate the complex and challenging human dynamics associated with every transformative change.

Bob learned much about advanced management techniques in his formal schooling at Dartmouth College and The Tuck School of Business Administration as well as in his thirty-five years consulting to business around the globe. His facilitation and coaching techniques build from the premise that the client has the resident knowledge needed to resolve critical issues and set strategic direction. Bob's job is to elicit this knowledge and help the client put it to work in productive ways.
