Sean Brady is owner of PRISM Decision Systems, LLC where he helps groups accelerate and improve decision-making with dynamic processes and state-of-the-art systems.

Sean Brady was previously manager of strategic planning for New York State Electric & Gas Corporation's power generation business and before that was a teacher for twelve years. Sean has been a leader at the annual Creative Problem Solving Institute. He was a presenter the Fourth Annual International Creativity Conference in Pretoria, South Africa, and at the Fifteenth Annual International Conference on the Positive Power of Humor and Creativity.

Sean lives in upstate New York with his wife Pat, and when not working, they are blessed by free-for-life creative problem solving training daily administered by their sixteen-year-old triplets, Eamonn, Maura and Kristin, and their twelve-year-old son, Myles.
