Breakthrough - “Advanced Ideation”
This workshop is for organizations who need very new, different ideas to make a quantum leap toward the future. The desired state is known, but how to achieve the desired state is not. Advanced Creativity methods are applied to break paradigms and create new ideas to achieve the specific goal.
Outcomes from the session
- Learning new tools and methods to create new paradigms – advanced creativity tools are taught (i.e. system intersects, input/output matrix, dialectic framing)
- Cross discipline interaction providing diverse perspectives resulting in new-found knowledge – for example, a mix of engineers, artists, philosophers, biologists, historians, etc. may be brought together to address an electrical issue
- This variety of disciplines enables diverse perspectives and therefore breakthrough ideas through advanced creativity processes
- Entirely new and different ideas to solve the problem and realize the opportunity at hand – multiple ideas are discussed and later evaluated for ability to execute/implement
