Tactical Innovation Workshop
When you are clear on your purpose, vision and missions, yet you have a particular area or problem that needs an innovative solution, our Tactical Innovation Workshop brings the process of imaginative thinking and robust evaluation to address the situation. The workshop is a focused, highly facilitated process designed to bring high value solutions. By using the future to create the ideal, and working backwards from this perfect state, participants create potential opportunities to deliver the solution. FarSightPro™ group decision support system is used to identify the best innovations and also any potential waste that can be addressed to free up resources to drive the innovation.
This half to one day session is for organizations having a particular problem that needs to be addressed with an innovative solution. A Tactical Innovation Workshop is also used to identify innovative ways to achieve business unit or departmental strategies.
